Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Products that have been used
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Claims submitted without photo or video proof
